New playpark at Ravenscraig near the Muirhouse and Flemington opened

North Lanarkshire Council’s depute leader officially announced the names of the park The Craig and the play area Mini Craig. The play area includes swings, trampolines, climbing walls, climbing tower, bouncing discs, zip slide, balance beams and posts and talk tubes. However The Craig Park includes a sensory garden, events area, an outdoor gym, visitor hub with a disabled toilet and a cafe. Cafe kiosk to be run by New College Lanarkshire students.
